In March 1971, the All-Party Students' Crusade Council was formed in Rangamati district headquarters under the leadership of the then student leader of Rangamati Government College, Gautamdewan and Sunil Kanti Dey. Likewise, on March 16, a 21-member Sangram Parishad was formed as convenor of the Ramgarh subdivision's Kazi Ruhul Amin and Subodh Bikash Tripura as joint secretary. Sangram Parishad under Khagrachari's leadership, Mohammad Chowdhury was formed. Keeping in touch with the political leaders of the country, the purpose of these Sangram Parishads was to carry out various programs in the Chittagong Hill Tracts, to carry out procession, movement, movement, prevention measures and freedom struggle under the current political trend of the country.
