Baghaichari is a remote area under Rangamati district and an upazila is surrounded by hills due to its geographical position. This upazila has a relatively small population. It consists of eight unions and one municipalities. Most of the people here are farming their livelihood. However, people of timed areas are involved in small-medium-large business. The tribal women here are one of the main reasons for increasing economic efficiency through self-centered artificial weaving (tribal pinon, hadi and sheet). Small exporters also export to different places in Bangladesh according to local produce, vegetables and vegetables. On the one hand, the yield produced by the peasants is sold at the fair market in the local market and on the other, they both enjoy the benefits of profit. As the upazila is mountain-bound, most of the areas in the area have garden of saguna. Segun tree is one of the largest exporters of this upazila. Small export of timber, such as bamboo, gamari, jarul, mahogany, chapaliish, arjun tree etc. In fruits trade such as orange, malta, banana, pineapple, bell, jackfruit, mango and litchi etc. Most traders here are economically independent
Therefore, role in this upazila as part of economic development of the country is undeniable.
